Concentration Overview

The Department of African and African American Studies offers students two paths of study within its concentration: the African track and the African American track, each with its own set of requirements. Students who choose the African track must satisfy an African language requirement. This requirement may be met by taking courses within the African Language Program although these classes are not restricted to concentrators.
