AAAS Affiliate Professor Emily Greenwood Gives Lecture Series at UPenn

The Department of Classical Studies at the University of Pennsylvania will host AAAS Affiliate Professor Emily Greenwood for the Penn Public Lecture Series.  The first lecture titled “Tecumseh and the Shadow of Thucydides” will be held on Thursday November 10th, 2022.  The second lecture titled “Classics and the Grammar of Loss in the Black Feminist Tradition” will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.  The third lecture is titled “Remembering Differently: Classical Alibis in contemporary fiction from Fran Ross to Ocean Vuong” and will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022.  All three lectures will be held from 5-6:30pm(Eastern) in-person and via Zoom.  For more information and registration visit UPenn's website.
