AAAS Professor Ingrid Monson delightedly announced that
AAAS Alum Charrise Barron (Ph.D. AAAS 2017) has accepted Harvard’s offer to join the Music Department as an assistant professor. Professor Barron will be on leave her first year since she has received a Harrington Faculty Fellowship from the University of Texas, Austin for 2022-23 academic year. Professor Barron will begin teaching at Harvard in the Fall of 2023. AAAS eagerly welcomes Charrise back into the community.
