 On Wednesday, March 24, 2021, AAAS Professor Jacob Olupona proudly shared with us in advance of the Ford Foundation Fellowship Program's official press release that our **[AAAS Alum Dr. Ayodeji Ogunnaike '19](/people/ayodeji-ogunnaike)**, currently an [Assistant Professor in Africana Studies](https://www.bowdoin.edu/profiles/faculty/aogunnai/index.html) at Bowdon College in Brunswick, Maine, has been awarded the highly prestigious Ford Foundation 2021 Postdoctoral Fellowship.
