AAAS Graduate Student Bulelani Jili Featured in Atlantic Council

On Monday, October 17, 2022, the Atlantic Council, a nonpartisan organization that galvanizes US leadership and engagement in the world, in partnership with allies and partners, to shape solutions to global challenges, published a paper entitled "China’s surveillance ecosystem and the global spread of its tools" authored by AAAS Graduate Student Bulelani Jili.  The full paper can be read on the Atlantic Council's website.
