AAAS Offers New Workshop Series For 2020-2021
AAAS Professor Brandon Terry and AAAS Graduate Student Kierstan Carter, will convene a new workshop series during the 2020-2021 school year. AAAS129XA - Workshop on Philosophy, Social Thought, and Criticism in African American Studies, will build intellectual community devoted to interdisciplinary approaches drawn from philosophy, intellectual history, social and political theory, and sociocultural criticism. The workshop will also be a great opportunity for academic community while AAAS is so dispersed due to the pandemic.
All seminar sessions will be held on (alternating) Thursdays, 12-2 PM on Zoom and restricted to class participants, Harvard affiliates, and invited guests. Graduate students may take the course for credit.
