AAAS Professor Alejandro de la Fuente Featured in The Harvard Gazette

On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, The Harvard Gazette published an article entitled "Rethinking Cuban Art" reporting on a new exhibition at the Cooper Gallery which focuses on the works of

lesser-known Cuban artists of African descent.  The article features AAAS Professor Alejandro de la Fuente who created and curated the exhibition that opens tomorrow, Friday, September 16, 2022 with an opening reception held from 6:00-8:00pm.  A panel discussion with some of the artists in the exhibit will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from 4-6:00pm and  moderated by Professor de la Fuente. 

The exhibit will be available for viewing until December 21, 2022.
