 On **Tuesday, March 30, 2021**, *The Harvard Gazette* published an article entitled "Agassiz’s other daguerreotypes tell a global tale of scientific racism" in which **[AAAS Professor Alejandro de la Fuente](/people/alejandro-de-la-fuente)** is featured. The article concerns the Zealy daguerreotypes and the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology's lesser-known collection of images of indigenous people in Brazil and the Americas. Professor de la Fuente will moderate a free virtual discussion regarding these images today, **April 1, 2021 at 4:00pm**.
