 On Sunday, August 9, 2020 at 6:30pm, [AAAS Professor Brandon Terry](/people/brandon-terry) will participate in a watch party and panel discussion sponsored by WGBH, King Boston, and The Boston Foundation, featuring the 30-minute film by Roberto Mighty, [*Legacy of Love*.](https://www.wgbh.org/events/legacy-of-love-watch-party-discussion)

 *Legacy of Love* brings to light the mostly unknown story of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott’s formative years in 1950s Boston, where they met as students, fell in love and started on their journey toward becoming iconic leaders in the civil rights movement.
