On **Sunday, March 14, 2021**, a Grammy Award in the category of Best Latin Jazz Album was awarded to [Arturo O'Farrill](https://www.instagram.com/p/CMajdhmA5gs/), the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, and **[AAAS Professor Cornel West](/people/cornel-r-west)** for the album, *["Four Questions."](https://latinjazznet.com/topics/news/new-releases/arturo-ofarrill-the-afro-latin-jazz-orchestra-release-new-album-four-questions/)* The album "Four Questions" was inspired by questions posed by W. E. B. Du Bois in his book, *The Souls of Black Folk* and features Professor West as a guest soloist, conductor, and percussionist.
