#  AAAS Professor Cornel West featured in New Bootsy Collins Album

 On Wednesday, September 16, 2020, the online publication *Consequence of Sound* (*COS*) posted an article announcing that funk bassist Bootsy Collins is preparing to release his new album called "The Power of the One" on Friday, October 23, 2020 via Bootzilla Records/Sweetwater Studios. The album features a number of special collaborators, guests artists, and cameos, including [AAAS Professor Cornel West.](/people/cornel-r-west)
