AAAS Professor Cornel West will participate in a panel discussion titled "Jazz and Social Justice" during the
Louis Armstrong International Continuum, a free virtual symposium and concert sponsored by Columbia University's Center for Jazz Studies, in conjunction with The Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation (LAEF). The two-day event, Art in a Time of Emergency, is scheduled for
Thursday, April 8, 2021 and Friday, April 9, 2021 (Eastern). Attendance is free and open to the public with
advance registration.
