On **Thursday, November 3, 2022**, [Duke Divinity School's](https://tmc.divinity.duke.edu/pay) Theology, Medicine, and Culture Initiative will host **[AAAS Professor David Williams](/people/david-r-williams)** as an honored guest and inaugural speaker of the Payne Lecture in Faith, Justice, and Health Care. Professor William's lecture is titled “Social Inequities in Health: Opportunities and Challenges for Contemporary Christianity.”
