#  AAAS Professor Doris Sommer to Speak at MBB Event

On **Wednesday, February 16, 2022**, at 12:00pm(Eastern), **[AAAS Professor Doris Sommer](/people/doris-sommer)** will speak at a Mind Brain Behavior (MBB) interfaculty initiative entitled, "De-Stigmatize, De-Colonize: Mental Health Through Local Arts in Nairobi’s Slum." Professor Sommers and the other speakers will present their findings from a clinical trial of "Pre-Texts".
