#  AAAS Professor George Aumoithe Launches New Website for Lecture Series 'A Black History of Electronic Dance Music'

 Professor [George Aumoithe](/people/george-aumoithe) (History / AAAS) recently launched a [new website](https://bem.aaas.fas.harvard.edu/) for the lecture series: *A Black History of Electronic Dance Music*. The website features live streams of the lecture series as well as recordings of previous lectures.

 *A Black History of Electronic Dance Music* explores the rich cultural foundations and history of the genre.
