AAAS Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and prominent historian, Eric Foner on
Friday, January 29, 2021 at 8:00pm (Eastern). The two speakers will discuss Reconstruction and contemplate how a divided nation can unite into an interracial democracy. The evening will also preview Professor Gates' most recent project,
The Black Church, which will premiere on
