AAAS Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. Featured in NYT

On Thursday, March 3, 2022, The New York Times published a guest essay co-written by AAAS Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and Professor Andrew S. Curran of Wesleyan University titled "We Need a New Language for Talking About Race."  The professors are also authors of the new book, Who’s Black and Why?: A Hidden Chapter from the Eighteenth-Century Invention of Race schedule for release on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.  The essay can be read on The New York Times' website.
