On Saturday, June 12, 2021, [AAAS Professor Jacob Olupona](/people/jacob-olupona) will be awarded an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from the [University of Nigeria Nsukka](https://www.unn.edu.ng/), his alma mater, at their 49th Convocation Ceremony.
