#  AAAS Professor Sarah Lewis Featured at Inaugural Pennington Lecture

On **Thursday, April 21, 2022** at 6pm(Eastern), the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art will host the inaugural Pennington Lecture, "Vision and Justice," to be delivered by **[AAAS Professor Sarah Lewis](/people/sarah-lewis)**. The inaugural lecture is part of a series of offerings that bring into focus the history of the former Talcott Street Congregational Church, the first Black church and school for Black children in Hartford, Connecticut.
