AAAS Professor Tommie Shelby as its keynote speaker. The two-day Symposium will begin with Professor Shelby’s keynote lecture and audience Q&A at The Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 5:30 to 8:00pm (Eastern) Panels of faculty colleagues and public humanists will also respond to Professor Shelby’s themes on Saturday, March 26, 2022, between 9:30am and 12pm (Eastern). UNC-Chapel Hill's Carolina Public Humanities, has announced the 2022 E Maynard Adams Symposium for the Humanities, “Philosophy, Prisons, and the Search for Social Justice” will feature
