AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer Chosen as 2021 HAAIA Panelist

On Monday, March 8, 2021, The Herb Alpert Award in the Arts (HAAIA) announced the names of their 2021 panelists.  AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer, a previous HAAIA winner, has been selected as a panelist in this year's music category.  Professor Iyer and the other HAAIA panelists, all highly regarded leaders in the arts, are charged with overseeing the artist nominations and selecting two award recipients for their category.  For more information read the press release on the HAAIA website.
