AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer Featured on WRTI

On Thursday, September 22, 2022, public radio station WRTI published an article titled, "Watch Sarah Rothenberg premiere a stirring piano elegy by Vijay Iyer."  The article features AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer discussing his recent composition for solo piano called ‘For My Father' which premiered in Houston on May 10, 2022, performed by Sarah Rothenberg at The Menil Collection, as part of a DACAMERA recital she’d titled “In Darkness and Light.” Video of the recital including Professor Iyer's piece is available on WRTI's website.
