AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer Releases New Album

On Monday, March 27, 2023, NPR's Podcast All Songs Considered featured an interview with members of Love In Exile.  The new improvisatory trio is comprised of singer Arooj Aftab, bassist Shahzad Ismaily, and pianist and composer AAAS Professor Vijay Iyer.  During the interview the three musicians discuss the group's origins, their immediate musical and spiritual connection with each other, and the release of their first album.
