AAAS Professor Vincent Brown On Shortlist For The 2020 Cundill History Prize

In a virtual event on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, the 2020 Cundill History Prize announced that AAAS Professor Vincent Brown is one of the ten authors selected for the shortlist to receive this year's award. Professor Brown was selected for his recent book Tacky's Revolt: The Story of an Atlantic Slave War. The Cundill History Prize celebrates the best of the year's history writing from around the world with a $75,000 award. The finalist for the award will be announced on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 and the winner revealed sometime during the month of November.
