National University of Colombia Students Enroll in ALARI Certificate Program

On Thursday, November 3, 2022, the National University of Colombia (UNAL) in Tumaco announced that 15 full scholarships had been awarded to UNAL Students to enroll in an online certificate program in Afro-Latin American Studies at Harvard University's Afro-Latin American Research Institute (ALARI).  The Certificate seeks to facilitate the study of the experiences, contributions and challenges of the Afro-descendant population in Latin America from colonial times to the present and to provide tools on issues of racial justice.  The article can be read at UNAL's website.  (English Translation of announcement HERE)
