On Sunday, July 12, 2020, the *[Boston Review](https://bostonreview.net/race/boston-review-where-do-we-go-here-fundraiser-black-lives)* in partnership with [Harvard Book Store](https://www.harvard.com/events/), hosted celebrated scholars Robin D. G. Kelley, Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor, former AAAS Professor Elizabeth Hinton, and **[AAAS Professor Cornel West](/people/cornel-r-west)** for a fundraiser and online panel discussion of the Black Lives Matter movement. The event, “Where Do We Go from Here? A Fundraiser for Black Lives,” was moderated by **[AAAS Professor Brandon Terry](/people/brandon-terry)**. Just under $10,000 was raised, and all proceeds were divided equally and distributed to three organizations selected by our panelists: [Critical Resistance](http://criticalresistance.org/), [National Bail Out](https://www.nationalbailout.org/), and [The Owl Movement Inc](https://www.facebook.com/theowlmovement/).
