Vigilantes, Community Self-Protection, and Sustainable Peace in Africa’s Lake Chad Basin,” hosted by Harvard University’s Center for African Studies, in conversation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Africa and the Lake Chad Basin Regional Stabilization Strategy.  During the event, Professor Agbiboa will present the findings of a seminal report that he led on the said theme, on behalf of the UNDP in Africa and the Lake Chad Basin Regional Stabilization Strategy.
