Anya Henry (she/her) is a junior living in Lowell House and is pursuing a joint concentration in History and Literature and African American Studies.  Her interests include the activist potential and gendered dynamics of 1990’s hip-hop and soul music, the politics of music sampling/ownership, and the implications of transracialism (from “passing” to blackfishing). Ms. Henry loves music and among her favorite artists are Aminé, and Snoh Aalegra.
