RuQuan Brown '24 (he/him/his) is a resident of Dunster House concentrating in African Studies.  Mr. Brown's love for African culture spans beyond African-America and he states, "while the history of descendants of enslaved people in this country is magnificent, so too is the culture of my African brothers and sisters in the Continent and beyond. Because of my understanding of the international beauty and valor of African descended people I plan to use my experience in African American Studies to sharpen my pen and prepare my voice to speak for those of my oppressed brothers and sisters that desire for me to do so."
