Samantha O'Sullivan
Samantha O'Sullivan is a senior in Adams House concentrating in African American Studies and Physics. Samantha founded the Generational African American Students Association under the advice of Professor Gates, which serves to provide a community for students descended from enslaved Africans in the US and promote activism related to the legacy of slavery. In the physics department, Samantha conducts condensed matter physics research in the Hoffman group. She also studies Gullah and promotes inclusive science communication.
